BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Heat Wave of Florida, Inc. Board is governed by our volunteer board of directors. We are always searching for people who can contribute to the business and vision of the organization. Normally, board members are elected each year at the annual meeting for 3 year terms. Officers are elected from the currently serving board members for 1 year terms with no term limits. The Heat Wave board must consist of a minimum of 5 members with no set maximum per our by laws.
