2022 Auditions - February - Brass Only

THIS CAMP IS FOR BRASS PLAYERS ONLY! PLEASE ONLY PAY THE AUDITION FEE ONCE! Contracted members are expected to have made their initial membership payment before the start of the camp or during check in.

This camp will start at 7pm on Friday, February 11 at North Marion HS. Overnight housing will be provided and the camp will end at approximately noon on Sunday. Heat Wave will provide all meals starting with a snack on Friday night and ending with lunch on Sunday.

Participants should arrive at North Marion HS between 7 and 8pm on Friday. Participants who must arrive outside the check in period should email alex@heat-wave.org or call the corps at 813-609-2831 for specific instructions on where to go when they arrive.

Participants should bring their instruments or any equipment, if possible, as corps’ instruments and equipment may be limited during audition camps.  Participants should bring two pairs of comfortable athletic shoes, two days of comfortable athletic clothes, an air mattress, sleeping gear, a towel, any personal toiletries needed, a one gallon water jug, any medications that need to be taken, and any other equipment you will need for the weekend. Participants will be staying overnight at the Anthony’s Women’s Club close to North Marion HS (the corps will provide transportation for students who do not drive).

If you feel unwell or have been recently exposed to someone with COVID-19 please submit a video audition. All in attendance should also complete the COVID Event Screening Form (link below) to turn in at check-in.
